Just Breathe!

These monthly sessions are specially themed and curated to support your wellness through body, mind and soul. 

Rooted in breathwork, movement, journaling, affirmations and product pairings, the hosts and presenters will guide you to balancing and restoring your wellness. Follow along with re-watchable videos, pdfs, and workshop information at times that suit you the best.

The best part is - YOU choose when you watch and complete the tasks BUT if you crave accountability, we have got you covered! Reminder emails are sent out and you are welcome to join the Just Breathe! Facebook Group too!

Once registered for the session, content for each workshop is live for viewing from the workshop opening date until 11:59PM MST of the last day of the month. Sessions are set up for new content to be released on either Sundays or Wednesdays throughout the month.
