Membership Policy & Community Agreement
Welcome to The Vanguard Club, an online coaching and community membership designed specifically for homeschooling mompreneurs who are building thriving businesses while creating meaningful learning experiences for their families.
By joining this membership, you agree to abide by the following policies, guidelines, and community standards.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower homeschooling mothers to confidently grow profitable, purpose-driven businesses while nurturing their families through homeschooling. We believe in collaboration over competition, encouragement over judgment, and growth through shared knowledge and accountability.

As an active member, you may receive access to:

Community Rules
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member with kindness and respect.
Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or hateful language will not be tolerated.
2. Encourage Rather Than Criticize
Constructive feedback is welcomed.
Criticism intended to shame, embarrass, or discourage another member is not acceptable.
3. Protect Confidentiality
Members may share personal experiences, family situations, business strategies, financial challenges, and other sensitive information.
Everything shared within the community should remain confidential unless the original member gives permission to share it elsewhere.
4. No Judgment
Every homeschooling family and every business journey looks different.
Respect different:
- educational styles
- parenting approaches
- faith backgrounds
- cultures
- business models
- stages of business growth
5. Keep Discussions Professional
Healthy conversations are encouraged.
Content that is intentionally inflammatory, offensive, political, or divisive may be removed if it disrupts the community environment.
6. No Harassment
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- bullying
- intimidation
- threats
- hate speech
- discrimination
- unwanted private messages
- repeated solicitation after someone has declined
Immediate removal may occur for serious violations.
7. No Unauthorized Selling or Spam
Unless specifically permitted:
- Do not promote unrelated businesses.
- Do not send unsolicited direct messages.
- Do not post affiliate links without permission.
- Do not recruit members into outside programs.
- Do not repeatedly advertise products or services.
Designated promotion opportunities may be provided by the community.
8. Respect Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, trainings, videos, templates, downloads, and resources remain the property of [Your Community Name] unless otherwise stated.
Members may not:
- copy materials for resale
- share member-only resources publicly
- upload trainings elsewhere
- record coaching sessions without written permission
- distribute downloadable resources
Membership is for individual use only.
9. Participate with Integrity
Members are encouraged to:
- ask questions
- celebrate wins
- support others
- participate respectfully
- share experiences honestly
- contribute positively
The strength of the community depends on active participation.
10. Protect Children's Privacy
Because this community serves homeschooling families, please be mindful when posting photos or personal information about children.
Do not share another member's family information without permission.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is intended for educational, informational, and motivational purposes only.
Nothing provided within this membership constitutes:
- legal advice
- financial advice
- tax advice
- medical advice
- mental health counselling
Members remain responsible for their own business decisions and should seek qualified professionals where appropriate.
Membership Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at registration.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Members may cancel according to the terms of their membership plan.
Cancellation ends future billing but does not typically provide refunds for previous payments unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy.
Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
Member Conduct Violations
Violations may result in:
- Friendly reminder
- Written warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without warning.
Examples include:
- harassment
- threats
- hate speech
- fraud
- repeated spam
- sharing copyrighted materials
- impersonation
- abusive behaviour
Privacy
Member information will be handled responsibly and only used for purposes related to the membership, subject to our applicable Privacy Policy.
Members are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials and should not share their accounts with others.
Community Ownership
This community is privately owned and moderated.
The community team reserves the right to:
- remove posts that violate these guidelines
- moderate discussions
- update policies
- suspend or terminate memberships for violations
- make decisions necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community
Policy Updates
These policies may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or changes to membership offerings.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
Agreement
By joining The Vanguard Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Membership Policy & Community Agreement.
You agree to contribute to a supportive, respectful, and encouraging environment where homeschooling mothers can confidently grow successful businesses while supporting one another.
